At IncomeOn.com, you decide how your personal information is used. This page explains the privacy choices available to you and how to use them. You can manage cookies and marketing emails, request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account.
For full details on how we collect and use your information, please read our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Platform, improve performance and show relevant content.
| Cookie type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in, secures your account, remembers your cart, currency and delivery country |
| Functional | Remembers your preferences and recently viewed products |
| Analytics | Helps us understand how visitors use the Platform so we can improve it |
| Advertising | Shows you relevant products and offers |
How to control cookies: you can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others). If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Platform, such as signing in and checkout, may not work properly.
2. Marketing Emails
You control whether we send you promotional emails.
- Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, or
- email support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe from Marketing".
Opting out of marketing does not stop service emails that we must send you, such as order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping updates, security alerts and policy changes.
3. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
IncomeOn does not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers and partners only as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not want your information used for advertising purposes, email support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Do Not Share My Information".
4. Access and Download Your Data
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. This includes:
- your account and profile details;
- your order and transaction history;
- messages and RFQs;
- your listings and company information (for suppliers).
How to request: email support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Data Access Request". We will send your data in a commonly used electronic format.
5. Correct Your Information
You can update your basic profile details in your IncomeOn account. If you cannot change something yourself, email support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Data Correction Request". Tell us which information is wrong and what it should be.
6. Delete Your Account and Data
You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal information.
Before you delete, please note:
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will lose access to your order history, messages, saved items and any unused credits or coupons.
- You must complete or cancel any open orders, disputes, refunds or payouts first.
- Suppliers will have all their listings and storefronts removed.
- We may keep certain information where the law requires it, such as tax and transaction records, or where it is needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
How to request: email support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account.
7. Withdraw Consent
Where we rely on your consent to use your information, such as for marketing emails, you can withdraw it at any time. Email support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Withdraw Consent". Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing we carried out before you withdrew it.
8. Object to or Restrict Processing
In some situations, you can ask us to stop or limit how we use your information. Email support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Processing Objection" and explain your request.
9. How We Handle Your Requests
