Product Listing policy

1. Purpose and Scope

IncomeOn is committed to a safe, trustworthy and lawful marketplace for buyers and suppliers. This Policy applies to all content a user publishes on the Platform, including:

• product and service listings;
• titles, descriptions, keywords and specifications;
• images, videos and documents;
• prices, MOQs, variations and shipping details;
• company profiles, storefronts, certifications and advertisements.

Users are responsible for ensuring that every listing complies with the laws of Pakistan and of every country where the product is offered, shipped or sold.

2. Prohibited Products

The following items may not be listed, advertised, sold or offered on IncomeOn under any circumstances:

2.1 Narcotics and controlled substances. Illegal drugs, psychotropic substances, drug precursors and drug paraphernalia, and any product promoted for illegal drug use.

2.2 Weapons and ammunition. Firearms, firearm parts and components, ammunition, explosives, fireworks without legal authorisation, weapons of mass destruction, and military-grade weapons or equipment.

2.3 Hazardous and dangerous materials. Radioactive materials, toxic chemicals, poisons, ozone-depleting substances and hazardous waste. This also covers any substance whose sale is banned or restricted under local or international law.

2.4 Counterfeit and infringing goods. Replicas, fakes, knock-offs and unauthorised copies of branded products. It also covers any item that infringes a trademark, copyright, patent, design or other intellectual property right.

2.5 Human body parts and remains. Human organs, tissue, blood, bodily fluids and remains.

2.6 Endangered wildlife and animal products. Species protected under CITES or national wildlife law, and their parts or derivatives. This includes ivory, rhino horn, tiger products and certain furs.

2.7 Adult and obscene content. Pornographic material and any content that sexually exploits minors.

2.8 Illegal services and financial instruments. Hacking services, fake documents, forged identification, counterfeit currency and stamps, and unlicensed financial products. It also covers pyramid or Ponzi schemes and gambling services where these are unlawful.

2.9 Stolen property. Any goods obtained illegally or without the right to sell.

2.10 Surveillance and spy equipment used unlawfully. Devices designed to intercept communications or record people without their consent, where this is prohibited by law.

2.11 Hate, violence and offensive content. Items that promote terrorism, extremism, violence, discrimination or hatred against any group.

2.12 Recalled and unsafe products. Products subject to a government recall, or found to pose a serious risk to health or safety.

2.13 Personal data. Databases, lists or files containing personal information of individuals, including customer lists, email lists and identity data.

IncomeOn may update this list at any time. A product is not permitted simply because it is not named above.

3. Restricted Products

Some products may be listed only if the supplier holds the required licences, permits or certifications and provides them to IncomeOn on request. Restricted categories include:

• medical devices, pharmaceuticals and health supplements;
• cosmetics and personal care products with active ingredients;
• food, beverages and agricultural products;
• chemicals and industrial gases;
• batteries, lithium-ion power banks and energy storage systems;
• electrical and electronic goods that require safety certification (such as CE, FCC, RoHS or PSQCA);
• security, safety and law-enforcement equipment;
• vehicles, vehicle parts and emission-related products;
• tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping products;
• alcohol;
• used or refurbished goods.

Suppliers must clearly state any relevant restrictions in the listing, such as destination-country limits, age restrictions and handling requirements. IncomeOn may remove any restricted listing that lacks valid documentation.

4. Intellectual Property

Suppliers may only list products they have the legal right to sell. In particular:

• Do not use brand names, logos or trademarks you do not own or are not authorised to use.
• Do not use images, videos or text copied from other websites or sellers without permission.
• Do not describe products as "replica", "copy", "inspired by", "same as [brand]" or with similar wording that suggests a connection to another brand.
• Authorised distributors of branded goods must provide proof of authorisation when requested.

5. Listing Quality Standards

Every listing must be accurate, complete and not misleading.

5.1 Correct category. List each product in the category that best matches it. Do not place products in unrelated categories to gain visibility.

5.2 Accurate title. The title must describe the actual product. Do not stuff it with unrelated keywords, brand names, repeated words or promotional phrases such as "best price" or "No.1".

5.3 Truthful description. Specifications, materials, dimensions, certifications, country of origin and performance claims must be true. Do not make false medical, health or environmental claims.

5.4 Genuine images. Images must show the actual product being sold. They must be clear, and they must not contain watermarks from other platforms, contact details, website links or misleading content.

5.5 Clear pricing. Prices, MOQs, variations, discounts and shipping costs must be accurate and consistent with the actual offer. Do not set unrealistically low prices to attract buyers and then change the terms.

5.6 No duplicate listings. Do not post the same product multiple times with only minor changes in title, price, colour or images. Use variations within a single listing instead.

5.7 No off-platform contact details. Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, external links or QR codes in listings, images or titles. Use IncomeOn's messaging and order tools.

5.8 Stock and availability. Keep inventory and delivery times up to date. Remove listings for products you can no longer supply.

6. Prohibited Listing Practices

The following practices are not allowed:

• keyword spamming or misleading search optimisation;
• bait-and-switch offers, where a listed product differs from the one supplied;
• fake reviews, fake orders or artificial manipulation of sales, ratings or rankings;
• misrepresenting company information, factory size, certifications or verification status;
• impersonating another supplier, brand or IncomeOn;
• listing products for the sole purpose of collecting buyer contact information;
• using the Platform to divert transactions off IncomeOn to avoid fees or buyer protection.

7. Enforcement and Penalties

IncomeOn may review listings at any time, by automated systems or manual review. If a listing or account breaches this Policy, IncomeOn may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the seriousness and frequency of the violation:

• a warning to the supplier;
• editing, hiding or removing the listing;
• reduced search ranking or visibility;
• restricting listing, messaging or promotional privileges;
• withholding or cancelling verification badges;
• temporary suspension of the account;
• permanent termination of the account;
• holding funds related to affected transactions, where permitted by law;
• reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Serious violations may lead to immediate account termination without prior warning. Examples include selling prohibited items, counterfeits, fraud, and repeated IP infringement.

8. Appeals

If you believe a listing was removed or a penalty was applied in error, you may appeal within 15 days by emailing support@incomeon.com. Use the subject line "Listing Appeal" and include your account ID, the listing ID(s), and evidence supporting your appeal (such as licences, invoices, authorisation letters or certificates). IncomeOn will review the appeal and reply by email. IncomeOn's decision after review is final.

9. Reporting a Violation

If you see a listing that you believe breaches this Policy, please report it using the "Report a violation" link on the Platform. You can also email support@incomeon.com with the listing URL and a short description of the issue.

10. Changes to This Policy

IncomeOn may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. By continuing to list products after changes are posted, you accept the revised Policy.
