IncomeOn.com (the "Website", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is a business-to-business online marketplace that connects buyers with manufacturers, suppliers and service providers. The Website is owned and operated by Get Technologies ("IncomeOn").

This Legal Notice applies to all pages, sub-domains, mobile applications and services offered under the IncomeOn name. Read it together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Product Listing Policy and Intellectual Property Protection policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Notice, please stop using the Website.

2. Ownership of the Website

Unless otherwise stated, IncomeOn or its licensors own all content on the Website ("IncomeOn Content"). This includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, page layouts, data compilations, software and source code. This content is protected by the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of Pakistan and by applicable international treaties.

The overall selection, arrangement and presentation of the Website is the exclusive property of IncomeOn. Using the Website does not transfer any right, title or interest in IncomeOn Content to you.

3. Trademarks

"IncomeOn", "IncomeOn.com", "IncomeOn Lens", the IncomeOn logo and related names, marks, slogans and service names are trademarks or trade names of IncomeOn. You may not copy, imitate or use them, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. This includes use in meta-tags, domain names, social media handles and advertising keywords.

All other trademarks, brand names, product names and company names shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with IncomeOn unless expressly stated.

4. Copyright and Permitted Use

You may view, download and print pages from the Website only for your own internal business purposes in connection with sourcing or selling through IncomeOn. You must keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

You may not do any of the following without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or create derivative works from any IncomeOn Content.
• Use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means to extract listings, prices, supplier data or other content from the Website.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Website on another site or service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any software on the Website.
• Use the Website or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.

Any unauthorised use ends the permission granted above and may result in legal action.

5. User and Supplier Content

Registered buyers, suppliers and other users provide much of the information on the Website ("User Content"). This includes product listings, descriptions, images, specifications, certifications, prices and company profiles. IncomeOn acts as an online platform. It does not create User Content, does not verify it in every case, and does not take ownership of it.

Each user is solely responsible for the User Content they post. Each user warrants that their content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

IncomeOn is not the seller of products listed by suppliers. It is not a party to the contract between buyer and supplier, except where a specific service (such as Trade Assurance) expressly says so.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to review, edit, suspend or remove any User Content. We may also restrict or terminate any account that breaches our policies or applicable law.

6. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to websites, apps or services run by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only. IncomeOn does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or security of any third-party site. You access linked sites at your own risk, and each is subject to its own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE, ALL INCOMEON CONTENT, USER CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCOMEON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

In particular, IncomeOn does not warrant:

• the quality, safety, legality or authenticity of any product or service listed;
• the truth or accuracy of any listing or supplier information;
• that any supplier is able to sell or any buyer is able to pay;
• that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components.

You should carry out your own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IncomeOn and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. They are also not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data. This applies to losses arising out of or in connection with:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its services;
• any transaction or dispute between buyers and suppliers;
• any User Content or third-party content;
• unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

Nothing in this Notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

IncomeOn respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, trademark, patent or other rights, send a written notice to support@incomeon.com. Use the subject line "IP Infringement Notice" and include:

1. Your full name, company name (if any), postal address, telephone number and email address.
2. A description of the intellectual property right you believe has been infringed, with supporting evidence (for example, the registration certificate number and jurisdiction).
3. The exact URL(s) or product/listing ID(s) of the content you believe is infringing.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act for the owner. Include proof of authorisation if applicable.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may take longer to process. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may make you liable for damages and may lead to suspension of your account.

When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the user who posted it. We may also take further action against repeat infringers, including terminating their accounts.

10. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed after an infringement notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification to support@incomeon.com. It should contain:

• your contact details;
• identification of the removed content and where it appeared;
• a statement, with supporting evidence, explaining why you believe the content does not infringe;
• your signature.

We may forward your counter-notification to the original complainant and, where appropriate, restore the content.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice, and any dispute arising from your use of the Website, is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, unless mandatory law applicable to you requires otherwise.

12. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If you continue using the Website after changes are posted, you accept the revised Notice.

If any provision of this Notice is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
