Integrity Compliance
Last updated: September 25, 2026
At IncomeOn.com, integrity is at the core of how we do business. We are committed to fair, honest and transparent dealings with our buyers, suppliers, partners and employees. We have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, fraud and any other unethical conduct.
This page explains our integrity standards, what kinds of misconduct you can report, how to report it, and how we protect people who come forward.
1. Our Integrity Commitment
IncomeOn is committed to:
- conducting business honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws;
- treating all buyers and suppliers fairly, without favouritism or improper influence;
- keeping business decisions free from personal interest;
- protecting the confidentiality of user and company information;
- encouraging anyone to report misconduct without fear of retaliation.
These standards apply to all IncomeOn employees, managers, contractors and agents. They also apply to third parties who act on our behalf.
2. Our Expectations of Partners and Users
We expect everyone who works with IncomeOn to follow the same standards, including suppliers, buyers, service providers, logistics partners and business partners. You must not:
- offer, promise or give any money, gift, hospitality, commission or other benefit to an IncomeOn employee to obtain an improper advantage;
- ask an IncomeOn employee to break our rules or Policies on your behalf;
- provide false documents or information to obtain verification, rankings, promotions or other benefits;
- work with any third party to commit fraud against IncomeOn or its users.
Breaching these rules may result in account suspension or termination, the end of the business relationship, and referral to law-enforcement authorities.
3. What You Can Report
Please report any actual or suspected misconduct involving IncomeOn employees, contractors or partners, including:
3.1 Bribery and kickbacks. An IncomeOn employee requesting or accepting money, gifts, commissions, discounts or other benefits in exchange for a favour, such as approving a listing, verifying a supplier, improving search rankings or resolving a dispute in someone's favour.
3.2 Abuse of position. An employee using their role or access to Platform systems for personal gain, or to benefit or harm a particular user.
3.3 Conflicts of interest. An employee having an undisclosed financial or personal interest in a supplier, buyer or partner they deal with in their work.
3.4 Fraud and embezzlement. Theft, misuse of company funds or assets, falsified records, fake transactions or manipulation of Platform data.
3.5 Data misuse. Unauthorised access to, disclosure of or sale of user or company data.
3.6 Impersonation. Anyone falsely claiming to be an IncomeOn employee or representative, for example to request payment or personal information.
3.7 Other serious misconduct. Any other conduct that breaches the law or our integrity standards.

4. How to Report
Send your report by email to support@incomeon.com with the subject line "Integrity Report – Confidential".
To help us investigate effectively, please include as much of the following as possible:
- The name, position or department of the person(s) involved, if known.
- A clear description of what happened.
- When and where it happened.
- How you became aware of it.
- Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots, chat records, emails, payment receipts, invoices or recordings.
- Your name and contact details. This is optional, but it helps us follow up with you.
Anonymous reports: you may report anonymously. However, we may be unable to investigate fully if we cannot contact you for more information.
5. Confidentiality
All integrity reports are treated as strictly confidential. Your identity and the information you provide will be shared only with the people who need it to investigate and resolve the matter, or where disclosure is required by law.
6. Protection Against Retaliation
IncomeOn does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who reports misconduct in good faith, or who helps with an investigation. This includes threats, harassment, discrimination, dismissal, and reduced business opportunities or account privileges.
If you believe you have faced retaliation for making a report, please contact us immediately at support@incomeon.com. Anyone found to have retaliated against a reporter will face disciplinary action.
7. How We Handle Reports
- Acknowledgement: we aim to confirm receipt of your report within 3 business days.
- Assessment: we review the report to decide whether an investigation is needed.
- Investigation: where appropriate, we investigate independently and fairly. We may ask you for more information.
- Action: if misconduct is confirmed, we take appropriate action. This may include disciplinary action, termination of employment or business relationships, recovery of losses, and referral to law-enforcement authorities.
- Feedback: where appropriate and permitted, we will let you know that the matter has been dealt with. We may be unable to share details for confidentiality or legal reasons.
8. Good-Faith Reporting
Please report honestly and in good faith. You do not need to have proof to make a report, but you should genuinely believe that the information is true. Knowingly making false or malicious reports is itself a breach of our integrity standards and may result in action against the person making them.
9. Rewards for Valuable Reports
IncomeOn may, at its sole discretion, recognise or reward reporters whose information leads to the confirmation of serious misconduct. Any recognition is decided case by case.
10. Beware of Scams
IncomeOn employees will never:
- ask you to pay money into a personal bank account or wallet;
- ask for your password or one-time verification codes;
- offer to boost your rankings, verification or dispute results in exchange for payment.
If anyone contacts you with such requests claiming to be from IncomeOn, do not respond. Report it immediately to support@incomeon.com.
