Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund after that time, please check with your bank or credit card provider first before contacting us.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, contact us at sales@getgroup.pk. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
